Dear Guests,
We are delighted to welcome you to Wise Duck and would like to share a few important guidelines to ensure your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Pets
During the summer season, we are happy to welcome guests with pets on the terrace. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the main dining area. We care about your comfort and safety, as well as the well-being of all our guests.
Children
Wise Duck is designed as a space for fine dining and wine culture. We welcome families with children but note that the restaurant does not have a playroom or dedicated areas for young children. We are always ready to assist parents — high chairs are available, and our chef can prepare a simple child-friendly dish, such as pasta with cream sauce.
Drinks
Our wine and bar lists feature over a thousand selections, allowing every guest to find the perfect drink. For this reason, bringing outside alcohol or using a “corkage service” is not permitted.
Reservations
For your convenience, table reservations are confirmed by a restaurant manager via phone. Reservations are not considered active without confirmation. Tables are held for 20 minutes after the reserved time. If you are delayed, please notify us in advance so we can avoid any inconvenience and ensure your place is ready.
Banquets
For groups of more than 8 guests, we kindly ask that you place a pre-order and provide a deposit. This allows us to prepare and guarantee a high level of service. Wise Duck does not have a separate banquet menu — we offer dishes from the main menu and can help you create the optimal gastronomic experience for your evening.
